S01E06 · 21 Rooz S01E06 — 21 Rooz Part 6

21 Rooz (21 Days) is a 2026 Iranian reality competition series whose first season, “PRO,” brings together four well-known Iranian personalities: Olympic taekwondo athlete Nahid Kiani, singer Benjamin Bahadori, actress Elham Nami and veteran actor Farhad Ayesh. Rather than focusing only on competition, the show explores personal growth, courage, adaptability and self-discovery as the participants face unfamiliar challenges that test their abilities, confront their fears and push them beyond everyday life.

Each personality, background and perspective creates a dynamic mix of reactions, letting viewers see sides of the participants rarely visible in their professional careers. Produced by Hassan Najarian Daryani and directed by Hesam Eslami, Mehdi Jabin-Shenas and Arian Attarpour, the ten-episode first season premiered on Filimo on September 3, 2026.
