If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

We take copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA repeat-infringer policy requirements, we maintain a record of notices received from copyright owners and make good-faith efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.
